Hands-down, one of my favorite Ramen spots, especially when I want Tsukemen. The staff is super friendly and the restaurant is very clean. Your food comes out fairly quick as well and the portion sizes are perfect. Everything is super fresh flavorful and filling . The menu is simple and straightforward and not inundated with tons of different options. This time I went on a Saturday afternoon and there was literally no wait, which was a plus. In the past, I've come here and it has been quite crowded, but it's definitely a place that I don't mind waiting for. Definitely a must if you're in the area and in the mood for good Ramen

Must try the dipping tsukemen, the best I've ever had in California!! The broth is so rich and flavorful, noodles are perfect texture, and the egg is so yummy I had to order a second one! Also love how they add a lime, compliments the flavors of the broth so well. As a soup girly, tsukemen is a perfect alternative on a hot day for all my ramen/soup noodle lovers. This spot is busy busy, but they move quickly and the service is super friendly too. We arrived later, around 9:30pm on a Friday, and only waited about 5-10 min. Ambiance is nice and trendy, with options for indoor and outdoor seating. We had a question about the menu, and they were able to help clarify, however our orders got messed up. Because they bring the little card reader to your table, it was difficult to check the itemized receipt, so we were charged extra for the chashu tsukemens that we didn't order. We ended up letting it go since they were really busy, but definitely will be double checking as we order next time we come!

Service: Seated within 5 minutes for Sunday dinner with friendly service Ambience: Bar seating and table seating for casual dining Food: - Tsukemen: Good, good amount of saltiness and the texture of noodles were good. I would rec this dish - Tonkotsu Ramen: OK, saltier but good chashu with enough fat and rich broth

This is the place I take most people if they are visiting Sawtelle for the first time! Amazing quality food that comes out quickly. Tsujita's chashu is easily one of my favorites--very crispy and flavorful. Please note that the wait time gets REALLY long, so either come at an off time, bring a small party, and/or be prepared to wait.
